Hi,
Please call me David.
I have 33 years of individual and group therapy professional experience with adults and elders with a wide range of mental health issues, challenges, and problems in living.
My therapeutic stance is flexible, respectful, empowering, hopeful, and compassionate. My approach is to collaborate with my clients to pursue their goals as they increase their self-awareness, self-compassion, coping skills, resilience, and mental flexibility.
Within a framework of cultural humility, client empowerment, and values-centered outcomes, I am also available to collaborate with therapists to provide mental health care to underserved individuals, families, and groups through telehealth care.
I look forward to meeting you as and when needed.
David
